I took me awhile to get that! Haha! I guess my hubs and I too have our own inside jokes and dialogue that would make no sense whatsoever to anyone else. Plus, you can’t really explain them. If you do, it just isn’t funny anymore and the magic is gone!

My husband and I have our own conversation fillers too, normally taken from films like Lord of the Rings, Matrix, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Dodgeball, and many many more. Sometimes we have inside jokes which make no sense for anyone except the two of us. I like that, as it makes me feel special.

My hub and I are geeky too — our conversations range thru Matrix, Star Trek and Star Wars, Monty Python and Lois McMaster Bujold books… it’s kinda hard for the average bystander to follow.

Those darn marmosets! How can anyone peddle lemons or cheese, or keep track of keys for that matter, with them around. I’m envious that my wife does not have the geeky vocabulary to hold a conversation like that.
