Shawn:

With this new theme, the hints disappear when entering comments.

As to MOM's comment: Time management materials (books, courses, and so on) can give you good ideas and how to set priorities, but don't let it own you. In other words, I believe in looking at lots of different methods for getting your work done, but some authors believe you (the reader) got it all wrong and the author got it all right.

Of course, we don't practice time management here in the town and schools. It's always emergency, emergency, emergency. That's something for another topic.

As always, Shawn, you are the best of Shemp and James Bond combined with all your helpful hints and a great blog site.

I found something that you might like to try, hiveminder.com. Its like remember the milk but has a great xmpp bot with a full featured posting ability. Works with email also. I think its going to greatly help me. Now I can use my blackberry/xmpp to keep up with my todo list.

Manage time? I don't think that's possible!

Creeps in this petty pace from day to day,
To the last syllable of recorded time;...
