Mackinac Bridge and skyline is more pleasing, I think. That one gets my vote.
Wow, It’s neck and neck. I think there might have to be coin flipping.
Standard blue/white looks like a license plate. More readable,too. The scenic one looks too much like the generic WI and IL plates.

First glance I couldn’t tell what it was, looked like a palm tree Ya I can see that…..there is too much going on in it to see what it is…It’s a friggin licience plate, bule and white serves the purpose just fine.

I voted for Spectacular Peninsulas. The plate needs green. Besides which, it has that awesome palm tree sprouting from the Great Lakes. This alone is worth several votes. (To maintain a sense of fairness, they will be submitted in several browsers.)
Green is the best color. Therefore a license plate with green in it is the best license plate.
